Milk With Good nutrients for Good Sleep?
#Ingredients :-
200 ml Non fat milk,
10-12 Almonds,
2 cloves,
2 cardamom,
1 inch cinnamon.
#Preparation :-
#Take Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon and Crush this ingredients into powder and keep aside.
#Now Crush Almonds Into small pieces and keep aside.
#Now heat milk For 3-4 mins on low flame upto warm temperature by adding crushed powder.
#Then Filter milk with tea filter, Now add Crushed almonds, Mix well and drink.. Eat Almond pieces left in Glass with spoon...
#Note:-
Boil milk on low flame.
Use Non - Fat milk only.
Don't increase ingredients.
Don't add sugar or honey.

Protien - 10 gms, Good Fat - 2gms and Calcium..
