 Benefits of cinnamon and dosage?                                                                                       Cinnamon is one of the best spice in spices family.. Cinnamon reduces diabetes, cholesterol, it has anti inflammatory properties, anti carcinogenic properties, It decreases blood sugar levels and increases insulin resistance by doing this ur diabetes will be under control who are facing diabetes problem..
