Healthy snacks for Students and Office people?
Snacks list - orange, banana, Apple, one fist of peanuts, one fist of cashew nuts, protien bar, whey protein shake or protinex (sugar free). These snacks are available whole year in the world.
Combination of snacks -
Snack #1 orange, protien bar(11:00am).
Snack #2 Apple, cashew nuts ( This is backup snack if ur lunch is not Good then u can eat this snack in place of lunch).
Snack #3 Banana, peanuts, protien shake (4-5pm).
Guy's if you don't have time to prepare meal at that time u can eat this snacks... Bcoz u r doing job or u going to college or any work.. Guy's these snacks don't spoil they have their own shelf life coming to banana 2-3 days, orange 3-4 days, Apple 1 week, Nuts and protien bar for several months... U can keep this snacks in ur bag as backup.. Guy's there is no specific reason u have to eat only rice or roti in lunch our human body don't know what we r eating, we have to provide nutrients at that time that's it for proper function..
Note :- Use Roasted peanuts and cashew nuts (without oil and salt) Bcoz salt raises blood pressure, oil leads cholesterol problems.. Serving size of nuts - 1 fist (28g).
