Dehydration Symptoms, Causes and Foods to Eat and Avoid

Summer is came.. We all fall in dehydration.. That's Why I posting this tip for all of you Guy's... To Rehydrate your body..

Dehydration Symptoms, Causes and Which Foods to Eat and Avoid to Rehydrate Your Body...
       
        Dehydration is generally get in this summer season,

#Symptoms :- fatigue, loss of appetite, flushed skin, heat intolerance, light-headed Ness, dark-colored urine, Dry cough..                  

#Causes :- Drinking Less liquids like water.. Doing heavy work under sun.. Taking more salt food, By doing exercise we loss more water from body as sweat.. The sweat contains sodium and pottasium.. If we lose this minerals from our body we will get dehydration..    

#Prevention with foods:-

Drink liquids for every 15-20 mins.. Liquids means Not only water, bcoz water doesn't contains sodium and pottasium minerals so, add 1/2 lemon juice and 1 pinch of sugar or salt in water.. Then drink it is cheap and best liquid to prevent dehydration..

Drink Butter milk adding 1 pinch salt..

Drink coconut water in limit otherwise u will get diarrhea.. The persons who are doing workout in gym drink Gatorade energy drink.. It contains all minerals..

Eat Cucumber..

#Foods to avoid :- Oil food, Sugary foods, Salt foods, Coffee, tea, Bevarages like Cool drinks, Alcohol..  

#Note:-

When u feel dehydration then drink lemon water by adding 1 pinch sugar or Salt in it.. Otherwise don't add this ingredients.. Drink small amount of plain water for every 15-20 mins... Then u feel gud..

Persons who are doing exercise Drink water Before, During and After workout..

Daily intake of water is 3-4 liters...
