Ingredients :- 1/2 scoop whey protein for non- veg people and 1 scoop for veg people , 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 banana, 1 tsp Chia seeds, 2gms cinnamon powder, 4 boiled egg whites for Non-veg people, Veg people avoid egg whites , 1 multivitamin capsule..
Preparation :- Soak Oats in a cup in night time.. Take Oats and pour water upto the level of Oats.. Don't pour more water.. Mix well, cover with lid and leave to soak.hen transfer soaked Oats in to another bowl and Then add whey protein mix well, Then add banana pieces, Add Chia seeds, Add cinnamon powder..
