Water retention means ur body holds water between muscle and skin by this process ur skin looks soft ur muscle didn't visible.. Then u feel like Bloated.. This condition caused by eating outside food bcoz outside food contains more salt..

#1 Salt:- Salt means sodium, sodium is a mineral it stops the kidney to flush out the water from body.. By this water goes into the muscles and between skin and muscles.. In our home our mother or house wife or sister prepare food with more salt by this we will get tasty food but if we ate this food daily our health get down the road.. Daily intake of sodium is 2500 mg.. Don't exceed.. We have to add salt in food like pinches, Don't use spoons..                      

2# Carbohydrates :- 1 gram carbohydrate holds 3 grams of water, It is a natural process, If we take 400 grams carbohydrates it holds 1.2 liter water.. So we have to consume moderate carbohydrates.. If you have any photoshoot or if u have to increase ur muscle definition cut ur carbohydrates to moderate I.e..if u eat 1 cup of Oats cut it into 1/2 cup.. Like this cut ur food into half.. Then definitely u will see result..
