Which food we have to eat before 2 hours of doing workout ( mrng or evng),20 mins before workout and what we have to take within 20 mins completion of workout..

Ingredients :- 1 Banana, 1 tsp Peanut Butter, 1 tsp plain Roasted peanuts, 1 scoop Whey protein or 2 tsp Sugar free Protinex powder..
Preparation :- Cut banana into slices, Add peanut butter, Add peanuts, Then add whey protein or protinex on top of it then mix well and eat..

Ingredients :- 1/2 tsp Nescafe classic coffee powder, 240 ml hot water and 1 tsp milk..
Preparation :- Heat water and switch off the flame and add coffee powder then add milk and mix well then drink..
