When to Drink and How Much to Drink?      

We all know that every person have to drink 3-4 litres water in a day.. But so many people don't know when we have to drink this 3-4 litres, OK That's Y I'm here for u.. Now clear ur doubt with my answer..    

1# After Waking up we have to drink 500 ml of water with empty stomach..                

2# before breakfast I.e.,30 mins before 250 ml of water we have to drink.. After breakfast I.e., 30 mins after 250 ml of water we have to drink..                                    

3# 250 ml of water before Eating snack then Drink 250 ml of water after 30 mins..

4# 250 ml of water before and after Lunch.. Then take pre-workout..                      

5# 750 ml of water during workout.. Then take post workout..                              

6# 250 ml of water after dinner..                                

7# 250 ml of water before bed...                              

Note:- We have to drink water 30 mins before and after meal..

I'm giving step by step here :-

>500 ml Upon Waking up,
>500 ml Breakfast - Snack,
>500 ml Snack - Lunch,
>500 ml Lunch - Pre Workout,
> 750 ml During Workout,
>250 ml post workout - Dinner,
