Home made pizza for fat loss and muscle building?
#Ingredients :-
4 eggs (2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites), 3-4 tsp bell pepper, 2 tsp onion, 3 tsp tomato, 1/2 medium size Apple chopped or 2 slices of pineapple chopped, chilli flakes, Garlic powder, salt, pizza seasoning (optional), Tomato ketchup, Shredded Mozzarella cheese, Olive oil Non-Sticky spray.

#Note :-
- Actually this pizza contains zero carbs because we don't use pizza base,
- In this recipe we will made pizza base by using eggs. U can eat this in lunch or dinner.
- Ok let's see now how tastiest pizza made and it's nutritional information.
#Ingredients :-
4 eggs (2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites), 3-4 tsp bell pepper, 2 tsp onion, 3 tsp tomato, 1/2 medium size Apple chopped or 2 slices of pineapple chopped, chilli flakes, Garlic powder, salt, pizza seasoning (optional), Tomato ketchup, Shredded Mozzarella cheese, Olive oil Non-Sticky spray.
#preparation :-
- Take 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites in a bowl and mix well.
- Put Non sticky pan on low flame. Spray the whole pan with non sticky spray then pour egg liquid on pan like omlet.
- Close the pan with lid around 2-3 mins check in middle if the egg liquid becomes solid or not, If it becomes solid then flip the omlet in another side very slowly and wait for 1 min.
- Now add 1 tsp of tomato ketchup on egg omlet and spread it. Now add chilli flakes, little salt, add garlic powder, pizza seasoning powder, Add tomato, onion, bell pepper, Apple or pineapple. Now sprinkle Mozzarella cheese.
- And close lid for 2 mins. Then open lid and slowly transfer the pizza from pan to the plate.
- If you want more protien add grilled chicken or boiled chicken. Now add tomato ketchup on top of pizza.
- Now it is ready to eat tastiest and healthiest pizza..

#Note :-
- While Flipping the omlet slowly flip bcoz it breaks.
- If u have cholesterol problem then add 1 whole egg.
- It is very best recipe who want to decrease their fat bcoz it doesn't contains any carbohydrates.
- If u add chicken protien content will increases upto 40 gms it is very useful for muscle building.
- Anyone can eat this pizza from kids to old people.
