  • This is short information about Fiber. Fiber is very essential for every person who doing workout or not doing workout. 


  • Fiber prevents Diabetes and constipation problem. 


  • Fiber rich foods are Oats, Brown rice, Quinoa, Kidney beans, Chick peas, Fruits and vegetables. 


  • Meat doesn't contains any fiber. 


#Fiber requirement per day :-

  • Male :- 25 to 30 grams 
  • Female :- 20 to 25 grams.

  • You have to consume minimum 5 grams of fiber in every meal. By consuming like this you don't get diabetes problem bcoz fiber controls spike of insulin in blood.
